Mr. Siirtola is a contributing member of the National College for DUI Defense, Inc., http://www.ncdd.com and attends Summer and Winter College sessions of the National College at Harvard Law School regularly. He has served as faculty for other lawyers at continuing legal education courses in new and evolving DUI law defenses in Phoenix and Tempe, Arizona.
Mr. Siirtola is certified as a Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) operator on the Intoxilyzer 5000 and Intoxilyzer 8000. He is a certified practitioner for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA/IACP) standardized field sobriety tests; and is certified as a blood phlebotomist. Jeffrey has served as an instructor for other lawyers for driving under the influence defenses (or as a technical instructor for Intoxilyzer operators course) in five (5) states, including Arizona; Texas; Oklahoma; Georgia; and Florida.
